We offer the most simple and efficient mail-in testing programs in the industry.
Whether you are required to test weekly, monthly, quarterly, or just one time,
we can provide a test kit that meets your needs.
Our test kits contain a one year supply of biological spore strips containing
two organisms,
Geobacillus
stearothermophilus and
Bacillus atrophaeus. We
use only biological spore strips that meet quality assurance specifications and
performance parameters published in the United States Pharmacopeia (USP).
Our spore strips are valid for use in determining the efficacy of steam
autoclaves, Chemiclaves, dry heat sterilizers, and ethylene oxide sterilization
units, and typically have a two year expiration period from the time you receive
them.
Our comprehensive but simple reporting forms provide a valid chain-of-custody,
as well as customer provided sterilizer run documentation and laboratory test
result data. You will need this documentation in the event that your
company receives an audit from a regulatory agency.
All spore test samples are placed on test the day they are received at out
laboratory. Incubation and test completion time depends on the sterilizer
used: Steam Autoclaves – 24hrs, Chemiclaves – 3 days,
Dry Heat Sterilization – 7 days. Completed reports are scanned and
uploaded to our website within 24 hours of completion. Our customers can
check their test results 24/7 from our website with a username and password that
we provide. We also mail, email, or fax your report within 24 hours of
test completion. You select your method of report delivery.

Discounts
If you have more than one sterilizer that must be tested
routinely, two separate businesses sharing the same building, or
multiple locations under the same ownership, you are automatically
eligible for a 10% discount off our regular prices. If you have a
large number of sterilizers to test, call us for a special quote.

existing spore strips and are ready to order another years supply,
